We are currently partnered with a private equity backed, high growth, industrial and home services organization in Atlanta, GA aiming to hire a Corporate Development Manager with a clear path towards Director. This role will have the ability to hit the ground running with a highly acquisitive team aiming to grow through mergers and acquisitions improving the overall company's size. The Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the acquisition pipeline, relationship management, and lead M&A execution efforts.
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuations for potential acquisition targets, in-depth due diligence, partnerships, and more.
- Manage full life cycle merger and acquisition processes.
- Work on special projects as needed.
The Corporate Development Manager will have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience within Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.
- No specific industry or coverage group experience required.
- Experience building financial models, financial due diligence, three-statement models, cash flow models, and more.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
