Corporate Development Director

This individual will work closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions while taking ownership across the full M&A lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions from initial sourcing through closing
• Identify and assess acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's long-term growth strategy
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for potential transactions
• Lead due diligence efforts across financial, commercial, and operational workstreams
• Prepare and present transaction recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage external advisors and coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the deal process
• Support negotiations, transaction structuring, and integration planning
• Assist with broader strategic initiatives and long-term corporate planning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or related transaction focused role
• Strong M&A execution experience with a demonstrated ability to manage transactions
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• Ability to work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
