Reports to: Managing Director, Client Services
Join a premier, well-established trust company in Bethesda, Maryland, recognized for its personalized service, fiduciary integrity, and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a seasoned Client Service Professional to play a key role in supporting and enhancing relationships with high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including trust administration, investment management, and legal/compliance departments.
Assist with onboarding new clients, maintaining account documentation, and facilitating account servicing needs.
Proactively anticipate and address client questions, concerns, and needs with a solutions-oriented approach.
Support the Managing Director, Client Services, in delivering exceptional service standards.
Qualifications:
3 to 15+ years of relevant client service, trust, wealth management, or financial services experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Proven ability to handle sensitive client matters with discretion, professionalism, and care.
Detail-oriented and organized with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
Bachelor's degree required; industry certifications (CTFA, CFP®, etc.) a plus.
