Client Operations Associate
- Participate in meetings with clients, Account Managers, Account Associates, and the Transition team to understand and record client needs for activities such as setting up new separately managed accounts, custodian transitions, in-kind transfers, benchmark adjustments, market expansions, counterparty changes, and account terminations.
- Serve as the main coordination point teams involved in portfolio events, while offering clients a single contact for resolving queries.
- Monitor portfolio event progress, addressing any delays or complexities within teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with adjustments to terms or timelines.
- Oversee post-implementation processes to identify and resolve issues stemming from portfolio changes.
- Facilitate and manage requests from internal portfolio managers or trade teams for adding new markets, trading counterparties, clearers, or securities. This includes liaising with clients for necessary authorizations and supervising internal teams to ensure timely completion.
- Organize post-event review sessions with stakeholders to capture lessons learned and opportunities for refining future portfolio activities.
- Carry out additional operational tasks and processes as required on a daily basis.
