What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in group insurance, account management, or client services.
- Proven ability to manage broker and client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence renewal outcomes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams), Salesforce, Tableau, and Concur.
