We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization headquartered in Charlotte to appoint a Chief Financial Officer. This is a senior executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with broad responsibility across financial strategy, operations, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all core finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial reporting
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting infrastructure
- Support organic growth initiatives and strategic opportunities, including M&A
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing finance organization
Ideal Background
- Proven CFO or senior finance leader within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Strong experience partnering with operations and commercial leadership
- Track record of building scalable finance teams and processes
- Experience in private equity-backed or sponsor-influenced organizations strongly preferred
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically
