Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities
- Lead all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and investors.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Chief Financial Officer Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in construction, equipment rental, or industrial services.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations in a multi-location or asset-intensive business.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
