Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a specialized equipment and safety solutions for the heavy construction industry is seeking a strategic and hands-on CFO. With a strong regional presence and a reputation for safety, service, and innovation, the company is poised for continued growth and operational excellence.

Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities

  • Lead all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Chief Financial Officer Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in construction, equipment rental, or industrial services.
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations in a multi-location or asset-intensive business.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
