As an Associate Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in managing institutional client relationships, facilitating trades, and driving strategic growth. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your insights and execution directly impact the business.

What You'll Do
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients during U.S. trading hours, supporting trade execution and managing inquiries across spot and options markets.
- Trade Facilitation: Collaborate with internal trading and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and resolution of trade-related issues.
- Business Development: Help grow the firm's footprint in the Americas by identifying and onboarding new counterparties, including hedge funds, banks, and family offices.
- Strategic Support: Partner with senior Relationship Managers to prepare client presentations, market commentary, and sales materials.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with onboarding, compliance, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience and promote the firm's broader product suite.
Qualifications
- You have 2-4 years of experience in institutional sales, relationship management, or trading-ideally within a trading firm, broker-dealer, or crypto-native platform.
- You understand crypto market structure, and may also have exposure to derivatives or FX.
- You're a strong communicator, highly organized, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
- You're comfortable working across time zones and juggling multiple client relationships.
