Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Support
- Partner with generalists and functional experts to accelerate impact across the investment lifecycle.
- Lead and support strategic initiatives involving investment teams, consultants, and portfolio executives.
- Create high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive peer networks to share best practices and foster collaboration.
- Develop performance metrics and improve reporting tools to support decision-making.
Internal Operations
- Streamline workflows and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity across internal systems and external sources for analytics and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
- 3-5 years in a client-facing, consulting, analytics-heavy role.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Experience in strategy consulting or private equity advisory preferred.
- Familiarity with functional domains such as finance, technology, commercial strategy, or ESG is a plus.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Power BI, GenAI) and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
