Accountant
- Maintain and analyze cost records for raw materials, labor, and overhead
- Monitor and report on variances between actual and standard costs
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes with cost-related entries and reconciliations
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and evaluate pricing strategies
- Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Provide cost impact analysis for new product launches and production changes
- Partner with operations, procurement, and R&D to ensure accurate cost tracking
- Support inventory valuation and control processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in cost management
- Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or food industry
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and Excel
- Experience with pricing models and financial forecasting
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
