We hire across front, middle and back office positions in both physical and financial commodities. This includes trading, sales and origination, market analysis, quantitative research, risk management, compliance, operations, logistics and technical roles that support trading activity.

We work across energy, metals, agriculture and environmental markets. This includes oil, gas, power, LNG, renewables, base and precious metals, agricultural products, carbon and emissions, as well as freight and shipping.

Our clients include trading houses, investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, utilities, producers, brokers and logistics firms. We work with global organisations as well as regional specialists.

Firms want candidates with strong market knowledge, trading or derivatives experience, risk ownership and commercial acumen. Technical skills like Python or SQL are valued in quant and analytics roles. For physical markets, logistics knowledge, language skills and regulatory experience are often important.

Trading roles often move quickly, sometimes within two to four weeks. Roles in quant, risk or middle office functions usually take four to eight weeks. Senior hires or international moves can take longer depending on firm structure and notice periods.
