We are partnering with a leading national wholesale insurance broker known for their strong market relationships, competitive product offerings, and deep expertise across personal and commercial lines. The organization is growing rapidly and is looking to expand its Personal Lines team with a driven, relationship-oriented Producer.
Position Overview
The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for generating new business, expanding retail agency relationships, and building a profitable book within the wholesale personal lines space. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has successfully developed their own book of business or is looking to step into a highly production-driven role with strong carrier access and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a profitable personal lines book of business within the wholesale channel
- Prospect, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with retail insurance agency partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and support teams to deliver competitive solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of personal lines products, carrier appetites, and market trends
- Meet and exceed production goals and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (retail or wholesale)
- Proven ability to produce and manage a book of business
- Existing retail agency relationships in the Northeast or Southeast preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a production-heavy environment
- Active P&C license
