HRや人材業界での経験を活かしながら、ビザ申請・税務・採用支援・規制対応など、幅広い業務に携わることができるやりがいあるポジションです。
◆募集背景と企業概要
日本企業のアジア進出支援や、外国企業の日本進出支援を行っているプロフェッショナルファームで、会計・税務・財務・コンサルティングなど多岐にわたるサービスを提供しています。
今回のポジションは、HRサービス部門の強化を目的とした増員募集です。
◆業務内容
① ビザ・人事・税務サポート
ビザに関する情報提供、社内外向けワークショップの企画・実施
個人の税務申告・退職時の税務手続きの支援
クライアントへの人事アウトソーシング（HRO）サービスの提供
新規HROサービスの企画・立ち上げ
② チームマネジメント
サービスチームの編成・業務設計
チームメンバーの育成・指導
目標設定・進捗管理
マネジメント会議への参加
③ クライアント対応（日本語対応）
日本語を話すクライアントの主担当として、日英両言語での対応
社内の他部門（企業秘書、財務など）との連携
翻訳・通訳業務（日本語⇔英語）
顧客満足度向上、アップセル・クロスセルの提案
◆応募要件
学士号（分野不問）
人事業務またはリクルーター業務の経験（マネジメント経験者歓迎）
プロフェッショナルサービス業界での経験、またはクライアント対応経験があれば尚可
日本語（JLPT N1レベル）および英語の読み書き・会話が堪能であること
スピード感のある環境でのマルチタスク対応力
自発的かつ真摯な仕事への姿勢
クライアントとの関係構築に長けたコミュニケーション能力
チームワークを重視する姿勢
◆勤務条件・福利厚生
給与：SGD 5,000〜6,500／月（経験・スキルに応じて調整）
ボーナス：業績連動型
面接：2回（オンライン対応可）
