Senior Technical Product Manager
Selby Jennings is partnered with a leading fintech backed by a Fortune 500 powerhouse looking to bring a skilled Senior Technical Product Manager. This hire will serve as the product authority for the engineering team, defining non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, security), and driving technical decision-making across core software architecture principles, distributed systems, and modern development paradigms
Our client is looking for someone with demonstrated end-to-end product ownership with a strong focus on delivering first-rate products to all of their customers, both internal and external.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing core platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing API products.
- Proven experience detailing technical product requirements, including API specifications, data models, and integration requirements, while collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams.
- Experience building 0-1 technology features or products for core products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and legal
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels
- A high degree of adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in FinTech, InsureTech, WealthTech, or other highly regulated industries is desired
Expected Compensation: $175,000-$220K base + Yearly Cash Bonus
