They're hiring a Director & Actuary to join their Annuity Pricing & Product Management team, supporting Fixed Annuity and Fixed Index Annuity pricing and valuation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead rate‑setting strategy to drive competitive and profitable new business.
- Monitor FA/FIA profitability and refine pricing assumptions.
- Oversee pricing initiatives, market research, and risk/return analysis; present recommendations to leadership.
- Enhance pricing models, processes, and analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives and mentor junior actuarial talent.
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- FSA (or near‑FSA) with ~7+ years of actuarial experience.
- Expertise in FA/FIA pricing, valuation, or risk management.
- Familiarity with US Stat, GAAP, and Bermuda frameworks preferred.
- Strong technical skills (Python, MG_ALFA, Prophet a plus).
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
