Job Title: Structured Credit Trader - Vice President

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structured Credit Trader (VP) to join our London-based Credit Trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing, risk management, and execution across a range of structured credit products including Credit Linked Notes (CLNs), Credit Default Swaps (CDS), Total Return Swaps (TRS), and Repo. This is a high-impact role within a dynamic and fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade and manage risk across structured credit products (CLNs, CDS, TRS, Repo).
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and trading strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, structuring, and research teams to deliver bespoke solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market developments and identify trading opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and structures to meet evolving client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit trading, preferably with exposure to structured products.
  • Strong understanding of credit markets, derivatives, and fixed income instruments.
  • Proven track record in managing risk and generating P&L.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electronic trading platforms and risk systems.
  • Programming skills (Python, VBA) are a plus.
  • CFA or other relevant qualifications are advantageous.
