Overview
A well‑established alternative asset manager is seeking a VP‑level sales professional to strengthen its distribution efforts across continental Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm's investor base and deepening relationships with institutional and wholesale allocators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy across key European markets.
- Actively source, engage, and convert institutional and wholesale investors.
- Represent the firm's UCITS capabilities with a strong understanding of product positioning and competitive dynamics.
- Maintain a deep pipeline and accurately report on activities, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
- Partner closely with investment, marketing, and client service teams to ensure best‑in‑class communication with prospects and clients.
- Attend relevant conferences, roadshows, and industry events across Europe.
Candidate Profile
- VP‑level experience (or equivalent) within asset management distribution, preferably within alternatives.
- Demonstrated track record of raising assets or cultivating allocator relationships across Europe.
- Strong understanding of UCITS structures and the broader European regulatory landscape.
- Existing relationships with institutional or wholesale investors across one or more European markets is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.
- Highly self‑driven, commercially oriented, and comfortable in a lean, collaborative environment.

- The role is based in London with regular European travel.
