The firm offers comprehensive advisory services to distressed companies, investors, and lenders, guiding clients through complex financial restructurings, turnaround strategies, and special situations. Known for its strategic insight and hands-on execution, the firm is a trusted advisor in the restructuring space.

Position Summary:

The firm is looking for a Vice President / Director with substantial experience in turnaround and restructuring advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing distressed engagements, capital restructurings, and operational turnarounds. This leadership role involves advising on strategic alternatives, managing client relationships, and executing complex financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead restructuring and turnaround engagements, including debt restructurings, distressed M&A, and operational restructuring initiatives

  • Advise distressed clients on strategic alternatives, including capital structure optimization, refinancing, and business turnaround strategies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distressed clients, creditors, investors, and other key stakeholders

  • Guide clients through negotiations with creditors and other stakeholders, helping to align interests and achieve favorable outcomes

  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing leadership on engagements and ensuring high-quality deliverables

  • Oversee the creation of pitch materials, financial models, and other client-facing documents

  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., M&A, Capital Markets) to offer integrated solutions to clients in distress

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in turnaround, restructuring, or distressed advisory

  • Significant experience leading complex restructuring projects, including distressed M&A and operational turnarounds

  • Strong expertise in capital structure analysis, financial modeling, and liquidity management

  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading high-pressure, high-stakes engagements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring and team development
