Title: Vice President of Finance

Location: Fully remote, with preference for candidates able to travel to a central hub as needed.

Salary: $200,000- $250,000

Company Summary: A fast-growing venture backed technology and service platform that is transforming valuation and appraisal in the residential real estate industry is seeking a VP of Finance to join its leadership team. The company recently completed its Series C fundraising. Focused on strategic finance, organizational scale and building the financial infrastructure, this high impact role will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable finance systems, processes, and infrastructure
  • Partner on investor communications, fundraising strategy, and diligence processes
  • Lead and grow a high-performing finance and accounting organization
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities with agents, lenders, marketplaces, and technology platforms
  • Support integration of appraisal services, software, and consumer valuation workflows into a cohesive platform strategy

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in finance leadership roles with experience bringing a high growth or venture backed company through an IPO or billion-dollar exit
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in fast paced, lean environments
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills
  • Background in technology, software, data or services-driven models is beneficial
