A growing specialty insurance organization is seeking an entrepreneurial Specialty Producer to drive new business development across the West Coast, Mountain Region, and Great Plains. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated producer with expertise in executive and professional lines to build a book within a supportive, growth oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate new business opportunities within the specialty insurance space.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail agents and brokers throughout the territory.
- Prospect, generate, and close new accounts.
- Establish a long term book of business through organic growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to agents and clients on complex management liability and executive risk exposures.
Qualifications
- Producer, broker, or business development experience within the P&C insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of management liability, cyber, professional liability, or executive risk products.
- Existing agency and broker relationships within the West Coast, Mountain States, or Great Plains regions preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business and develop long term client relationships.
- Self starter mentality with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary typically ranging from $100,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
- Competitive commission structure with significant upside potential.
- Opportunity for equity participation for top performers.
- No existing book required, but candidates must be willing to build and develop their own book.
- Producers with a transferable book of business are highly encouraged to apply.
