Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery of insights and solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client objectives and proactively identifying expert-driven strategies.
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 Research Associates, fostering growth and accountability.
- Set clear goals, track KPIs, and maintain operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and retention.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic projects that shape the future of the research practice.
- Maintain flexibility to support global outreach across time zones.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in expert networks, primary research, consulting, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
