Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery of insights and solutions.

  • Lead and develop a team of 3-4 Research Associates, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Set clear goals, track KPIs, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and retention.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic projects that shape the future of the research practice.
  • Maintain flexibility to support global outreach across time zones.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in expert networks, primary research, consulting, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
