Scrum Master
As part of our continued growth, we're currently looking for a Scrum Master - Data & Integration to join one of our client-facing teams in collaboration with a major humanitarian organization. Contract: 6-12 months with possibility for extension
Location: Barcelona
Tasks:
- Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
- Coach and support a product team focused on Data Integration and Master Data Management, helping them self-organize and deliver value consistently.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery goals.
- Monitor KPIs and team metrics (velocity, burnup, burndown), ensuring continuous improvement in execution and delivery quality.
- Track timelines, support backlog refinement, manage impediments, and promote realistic planning based on team capacity.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of agility across the organization and share practices through a Scrum Master Community of Practice.
- Ensure alignment with SAFe methodology and support inter-team coordination within global Technology & Information (T&I) teams.
Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large-scale agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, or similar).
- Certified Scrum Master - Scrum and Agile certifications required (SAFe certification is a strong plus).
- Degree in IT or related field from a recognized university.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and outsourced (nearshore) development teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL and Data Management practices is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus or good understanding required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
