Key Responsibilities
- Lead turnaround and restructuring engagements from initial assessment through implementation
- Oversee 13‑week cash flow forecasting and liquidity management initiatives
- Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business plan evaluations
- Develop and execute operational improvement and cost‑reduction strategies
- Advise clients on capital structure alternatives and restructuring pathways
- Coordinate with management teams, boards, lenders, investors, and legal advisors
- Support both in‑court and out‑of‑court restructuring processes
- Participate in negotiations with creditors and other stakeholders
- Prepare high‑quality reports, analyses, and client presentations
- Mentor and lead junior team members across workstreams
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in restructuring, turnaround consulting, financial advisory, investment banking, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving capabilities
- Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage senior‑level client relationships
- Familiarity with distressed environments, liquidity management, and restructuring frameworks
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant credential preferred
