Quantitative Researcher- High Frequency Trading

Key Responsibilities
- Analysing Diverse Data-sets: Explore and dissect a wide variety of complex data sets to optimise high frequency trading algorithms and develop innovative, robust trading signals.
- Refining Research Tools: Continuously design, implement, and enhance cutting-edge research tools.
- Enhancing Strategy Performance: Partner closely with PM to conduct high frequency trading strategy in commodities future market
Required Skills
- Programming Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Python (>3.9) and C++ (>C++11), with a solid understanding of coding best practices. Familiarity with hybrid programming tool chains such as CMake, XMake, GDB, Pybind11, and other relevant resources is essential. A strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code is highly valued.
- Advanced Computational Skills: Outstanding logical thinking and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
- Masters degree and above in Mathematics/ physics and other STEM field from top school.
- Precision and Numerical Aptitude: Exceptional sensitivity to quantitative data, coupled with a deep understanding of algorithmic paradigms and numerical accuracy, is critical. The ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets with precision will be a cornerstone of your success.
