Private Equity Vice President
The Role
We are seeking a Private Equity Vice President to play a senior leadership role within our investment team. The VP will take ownership of deal execution, oversee cross-functional diligence processes, drive value-creation initiatives within portfolio companies, and mentor junior talent. This role is ideal for an investment professional seeking high responsibility, autonomy, and meaningful impact in a fast-growing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end deal execution, including sourcing, diligence, modeling, negotiations, and financing
- Manage third‑party advisors across financial, legal, commercial, operational, and technical diligence
- Build and refine investment theses across software, digital infrastructure, IT services, and emerging tech verticals
- Partner with portfolio company executives to drive value creation initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic growth projects
- Lead board materials preparation, financial updates, and reporting
- Mentor and develop Associates and Analysts
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or technology-focused investing roles
- Demonstrated experience executing transactions within software, tech‑enabled services, or digital infrastructure
- Strong LBO and operating modeling capability, with deep understanding of unit economics and SaaS metrics
- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA optional but not required
