Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Support deal execution, including transaction structuring, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in the development of value enhancement strategies.
- Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to senior leadership and investment committee.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, LBO analysis, and corporate finance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
