Northern Europe Capital Development | Private Markets
A leading global investment firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join its Capital Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising assets across the firm's diverse suite of private market funds, with a particular focus on institutional investors in Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors (pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, etc.) across Northern Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with LPs, consultants, and gatekeepers.
- Represent the firm's investment capabilities across private equity, private debt, infrastructure, and real assets.
- Collaborate with investment teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and investor needs.
- Lead the preparation of marketing materials, RFPs, DDQs, and investor presentations.
- Track fundraising progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the Northern European investor landscape.
- Proven track record in asset raising or institutional sales within private markets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional Northern European languages (e.g., German, Dutch, Swedish) are a plus.
