A mission-driven financial services organization is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Associate to join its Corporate Strategy & Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives including M&A, strategic partnerships, and corporate development projects that shape the future of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis for enterprise-level initiatives and potential investments.
- Support end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor and manage a pipeline of M&A and investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
- Conduct market and sector research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Business Unit leaders to evaluate and execute strategic projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Experience in financial services or fintech sectors is a plus.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a strong attention to detail.
