Our client is a Professional Liability focused Mutual Carrier seeking a strategic and results-driven National Sales Director to lead their sales and growth initiatives across the organization. This leadership role is responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aimed at driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of visionary leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams. This role oversees a team of 3-4 professionals and plays a key part in shaping the company's future through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy focused on sustainable growth and long-term client engagement.
