Role Overview:

We are seeking a mid-seniority sales professional to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with the Head of Sales to expand the firm's investor base across the Middle East and Asia, focusing on raising assets from institutional clients, family offices, and other sophisticated investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive asset-raising efforts across target regions, building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
  • Support the Head of Sales in executing the firm's distribution strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm's investment strategies and communicate them effectively to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings in the Middle East and Asia.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in asset raising, investor relations, or institutional sales within alternative investments (hedge funds, private markets, or similar).
  • Network: Strong existing relationships with allocators in the Middle East and Asia.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Attributes: Self-starter, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; additional regional languages a plus.
