Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep fundamental research and financial analysis on Large-Cap Pharma companies.
  • Develop and present actionable long and short investment ideas within the sector.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
  • Leverage industry contacts, expert networks, and proprietary resources to build differentiated insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager and contribute to a dedicated healthcare portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of buy-side experience with a focus on healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated edge in analyzing Large-Cap Pharma-including pipeline evaluation, earnings modeling, and regulatory risk assessment.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and accounting skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, high integrity, and a passion for investing.
  • Proven ability to generate differentiated insights and communicate them clearly.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a MD or Ph.D.
