Investment Banking Associate/Vice President - Industrials
A leading middle-market investment bank is seeking to hire an Associate and Vice President for its growing Industrials Investment Banking team in Boston.
The team advises corporate and private equity clients across a broad range of sectors and executes a high volume of M&A transactions, offering strong deal flow, meaningful client exposure, and significant responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
- Execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions
- Build and review financial models, valuations, and marketing materials
- Manage due diligence and transaction processes
- Work directly with senior bankers, management teams, and private equity sponsors
- Support business development and client relationship efforts
Qualifications
- Current Investment Banking Associate or Vice President
- Experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or reputable middle-market investment bank
- Strong transaction execution and closed deal experience
- Candidates from M&A, Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, Financial Sponsors, or industry coverage teams are encouraged to apply
- Industrials experience is preferred but not required
