The firm advises on high-profile mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and capital raisings, offering a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to senior bankers and prestigious clients.
Role Overview
This Associate role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of consumer sub-sectors including food & beverage, travel, pet care, and consumer health. The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction execution and client engagement, while contributing to sector coverage and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support execution of sell-side M&A transactions in the Consumer space.
- Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including clients, legal advisors, and investors.
- Mentor junior team members and review analytical work.
- Stay informed on industry trends and client developments.
Candidate Profile
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with proven deal execution experience.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the Consumer sector.
Preferred:
- Experience at a top-tier investment bank or boutique advisory firm.
