A leading alternative asset manager is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Structured Products Generalist to join its investment team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of asset classes and strategies, with a focus on structured credit and securitized products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate opportunities across structured products including RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs, and other securitized credit.
  • Support portfolio managers in trade idea generation, risk assessment, and performance attribution.
  • Conduct bottom-up and top-down research to identify relative value opportunities.
  • Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends impacting structured credit.
  • Collaborate with trading, research, and risk teams to optimize portfolio construction and execution.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in structured products, securitized credit, or fixed income research/trading.
  • Strong academic background in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and programming skills (Python, SQL, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
