HR Manager (stationed in Foshan, China)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement programs and company culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare relevant HR reports and analytics.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of China labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience covering multiple HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with management and employees at all levels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Foshan, Guangdong Province.
