Over the past 8 years, they've built a loyal global following through long-form podcast interviews, newsletters, a new YouTube channel, and exclusive industry gatherings. Their mission is to bridge knowledge gaps and make meaningful connections among top-tier asset owners and investment firms.

The Opportunity
Our client is looking to hire a Head of Content to take full ownership of their content strategy and execution. This individual will manage the entire production cycle of their flagship podcast and oversee all content initiatives-including publishing, distribution, and growth across platforms like YouTube, social media, and newsletters. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment and wants to shape the voice of a highly respected brand in the investing world.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong writer and editor with experience in financial services, media, or podcasting

  • Someone deeply curious about investing and eager to work on thoughtful, in-depth content

  • Ideally a fan of long-form interviews who already follows content within the investing world

  • Comfortable balancing editorial, operational, and growth-focused tasks

  • Highly autonomous and excited to work on a small, collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage podcast planning, guest prep, editing, and publishing

  • Own newsletters, social media, YouTube uploads, and broader content operations

  • Drive audience growth through thoughtful content distribution strategies

  • Represent the brand publicly through content that reaches a global financial audience

Location
Fully remote (Current team members are based in NYC, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and Long Island)
