With over £1.5 billion raised to date and a strong track record across private equity and real estate, the firm is committed to delivering strong financial returns alongside measurable social and environmental impact. Its latest £500 million real estate fund is nearing close, reflecting continued investor confidence and strategic momentum.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising efforts across current and future private equity and real estate funds, with a focus on European institutional investors.
  • Manage and expand relationships with LPs, family offices, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Develop tailored marketing materials and investor communications.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the fundraising platform, including new product initiatives and geographic expansion.
  • Oversee middle-office fundraising operations, including CRM systems, data room management, and investor reporting.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising processes.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising or investor relations within private markets (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, or private credit).
  • Strong understanding of the European institutional investor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work across asset classes and articulate the value of impact investing.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
