We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead growth in the corporate cash management space. This role is critical to driving new business by addressing client challenges with innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach, deep industry expertise, and a proven ability to exceed ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass sales quotas by securing new corporate accounts.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline through self-sourcing, collaboration with business development teams, and leveraging marketing initiatives.
- Lead product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of the platform.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify client pain points and tailor solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals and RFP responses to win strategic opportunities.
- Own your market territory as a personal book of business, driving growth and bookings.
- Act as a product advocate for prospects, influencing roadmap discussions internally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling into top-tier corporate accounts.
- Strong understanding of corporate treasury and cash management.
- Proven success in solution-based selling and managing complex, multi-tier sales cycles.
- Comfortable engaging at the C-suite level.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quotas and goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree required; SaaS experience is a plus.
