Chief Retail Officer / Senior Manager

We are currently working with a leading International Tyre and Wheel Distributor and Retailer with strong presence across Asia, Africa, and other global markets.

They are now seeking a strategic and results-oriented Chief Retail Officer / Senior Manager to lead and scale their retail operations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Lead the charge in growing top-line revenue through both organic and new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Hunter Mindset: Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities and partnerships within the retail and B2B automotive segments.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Retail Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a retail strategy that drives foot traffic, boosts conversion, and improves operational efficiency across all locations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of prior working experience in retail leadership and sales management, ideally within automotive, industrial, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing a sales pipeline and converting new business opportunities.
  • Strong commercial and customer orientation, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
