A leading international bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager to support senior client advisors in managing a substantial portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This role is instrumental in maintaining exceptional service standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the long-term growth of the business. The position involves regular client interaction and close coordination with internal departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Support
- Act as a key liaison for clients, addressing queries and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage client onboarding, account transfers, payments, deposits, and credit facility arrangements.
- Assist in preparing tailored documentation for portfolio reviews and client presentations.
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, credit) and external custodians to ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions.
- Confirm and process payment and deposit instructions in line with internal protocols.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to best practices in client servicing and documentation.
Requirements:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar client-facing or support role within private banking or wealth management.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
