Anaplan Engineer
A leading investment firm is seeking an Anaplan Engineer to join a high-impact team building and scaling enterprise planning applications that support workforce strategy, compensation planning, resource allocation, and business decision-making. This is an opportunity to work on complex technical challenges, partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Technology, and help drive systems that have a direct impact on the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build, and enhance Anaplan models and applications used across the business
- Partner with Finance, HR, Technology, and business users to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Develop, test, and deploy new features following SDLC best practices
- Manage model security and user access for highly sensitive data
- Support data integrations, ETL processes, and connected systems
- Build and improve dashboards that drive planning and reporting processes
- Optimize model architecture, performance, and scalability
- Perform end-to-end testing across models, integrations, and user workflows
What They're Looking For
- Anaplan Solutions Architect certification required; Master Anaplanner preferred
- 3+ years of Anaplan experience with 5+ end-to-end implementations
- Experience delivering large-scale model enhancements and redesigns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday or similar) and ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Financial services, investment management, private equity, banking, or consulting
- Complex compensation, workforce planning, or forecasting models
- Accrual-based accounting models
- Anaplan APIs and CloudWorks integrations
