Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, process expense reports, and track invoices.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
- Liaise with vendors and maintain office inventory.
- Coordinate visitor access and seating arrangements.
- Support special projects, including office moves and technology upgrades.
- Act as a point of contact for building management and service providers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
