About the Job: Are you a hunter and relationship builder with experience in Wealth Management and ready to take your sales career to the next level? Join our team as an Account Executive for New Logos and become a key player in driving our market solution strategy. In this direct quota-carrying role, you'll have the opportunity to secure new clients, generate revenue, and own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, and collaborate with sales engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations. With a focus on value-based selling and managing complex sales cycles, you'll stay ahead of industry trends and position our company as a thought leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure new clients and generate revenue.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive engagement and interest.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations that address client needs.
  • Build and manage pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, developing outbound strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Submit weekly forecast to leadership.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to align stakeholders and ensure deals progress efficiently.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and drive sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to position the company as a thought leader.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech or Enterprise B2B environments.
  • 5 years' experience in wealth or asset management or strong demonstrated understanding of wealth/asset management industries.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive with a 'hunter' mentality.
  • Expertise in value-based selling and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

Measurements of Success:

  • Quota achievement.
  • Pipeline health: Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Account strategy: Approach accounts holistically and gear towards senior decision makers.
  • Forecast accuracy: Submit weekly pipeline reports accurately and timely.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and OKRs that are set by the business.
