Compensation: $200-240K base + 100% target bonus + equity

Following a landmark $820M capital raise and a valuation exceeding $7.5B, the firm is accelerating its acquisition strategy and seeking a Senior Vice President of M&A Integration to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses across its global footprint.
The Role
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on end-to-end integration of acquisitions-both pre- and post-close. The SVP will work cross-functionally across product, finance, technology, and HR to ensure seamless operational alignment and value realization. While not a traditional project management role, strong PM capabilities are essential to drive execution.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and executing integration strategies and playbooks
- Leading cross-functional workstreams across departments and geographies
- Managing timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation
- Partnering closely with corporate development and executive leadership
- Driving continuous improvement in integration processes and methodologies
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the weeds, enjoys building from the ground up, and is looking for a long-term leadership opportunity with the potential to build a team.
Ideal Candidate
Experience & Background:
- 12-15 years of professional experience, including 5-6 years in corporate development or internal M&A integration roles
- Proven track record of leading multiple acquisitions through full integration lifecycle
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors
Skills & Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams
