An innovative global manufacturer operating at the forefront of clean energy and advanced battery technology is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to strengthen its finance leadership team. The organization is rapidly scaling its operations in North America and globally, supporting the transition to sustainable energy solutions through advanced manufacturing and technology‑driven products.

This role will play a key part in supporting strategic growth, capital investment planning, and executive decision‑making as the business continues to expand. The Senior FP&A Manager will partner closely with senior leaders across finance, operations, and corporate leadership to deliver insight, structure, and financial clarity in a fast‑evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes across the organization
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capacity expansion, and operational planning
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to develop financial forecasts that guide investment and business decisions
  • Perform scenario, sensitivity, and what‑if analyses to support senior leadership and long‑term strategy
  • Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing clear variance analysis and recommendations
  • Deliver timely, actionable insights and reporting to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with C‑level and VP‑level leaders to assess macroeconomic, industry, and operational factors impacting financial performance
  • Support revenue, cost, and profitability forecasting in partnership with commercial and operations teams
  • Monitor competitor performance and market trends to inform strategic and financial planning
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support critical business decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or financial modeling
  • Combination of Big 4 public accounting experience and private industry experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and large data set analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders
  • Adaptable mindset with comfort operating in a high‑growth, manufacturing‑focused organization
