Senior Financial Controller
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join a fast‑growing FinTech company. This role oversees financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and business partnering across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close and prepare accurate financial statements (IFRS/GAAP).
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
- Oversee audits and liaise with external advisors.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and systems.
- Partner with leadership to support strategic decisions and commercial initiatives.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance/Accounting; ACCA/CPA/RA preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in financial controlling, ideally in FinTech or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in scale‑ups or fast‑paced environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
