SailPoint Operations Manager - Paris
Our client, a prestigious financial institution, renowned for its expertise in quantitative trading, is looking to hire a talented SailPoint Operations Manager.
With decades of experience and a data-driven approach, the firm applied cutting-edge technology to inform asset allocation, trading strategies, and automated execution. Regulated across multiple jurisdictions, it maintains a strong foundation in research, technology, and disciplined processes.
They are searching for a Sailpoint Operations Manager to oversee management of identity and data governance solutions. This role is based in Paris and is part of the Information Security team. You will maintain, update, and support critical systems, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust, secure, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Identity Governance Operations: Manage daily operations for identity governance, administration, and analytics solutions, ensuring system continuity and security.
Maintain Documentation & Procedures: Develop and update operational procedures, technical documentation, and apply software updates as needed.
Provide Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver end-user support, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with IT teams for system integrations.
Vendor & Compliance Management: Liaise with vendors for technical support and best practices, while staying informed on security trends and compliance requirements.
Monitor & Optimize Performance: Track system performance, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Cloud Software: Either SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), SailPoint IdentityNow, or SailPoint Atlas.
- Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals and identity governance.
- Proficiency in secure scripting (Python, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and Jira.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a multinational team.
