  • Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimisation, control frameworks, data governance, and automation
  • Analysis of new products and business activities to determine appropriate regulatory reporting treatment
  • Identification, escalation, and resolution of issues impacting the integrity of reporting deliverables
  • Collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders (e.g. regulatory bodies, industry groups, vendors) to strengthen knowledge and align with best practices

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent), preferably in a relevant discipline
  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services sector
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience analysing financial data and producing meaningful insights
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Prior exposure to corporate or investment banking environments is advantageous
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks is beneficial

  • Capability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner to diverse audiences
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for resolving complex issues
