They are seeking a skilled Quantitative Developer skilled with Data and Python to help bridge technology, data, and advanced scientific methods in support of innovative trading and research initiatives. This Quantitative Developer will be part of the Data Platform & Analytics team dedicated to delivering a high-availability platform for analyzing investment strategy performance.
Your Role
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and automation frameworks to support strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a Snowflake subject-matter expert, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to enable reliable data delivery and governance.
- Drive the evolution of a modern data platform through automation, monitoring, and best-practice adoption.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Your Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Database Administration.
- Expertise in Snowflake (database design, performance tuning, RBAC, data sharing).
- Strong Python skills for automation and Snowflake integration (Connector, Snowpark).
- Advanced SQL and experience managing large analytical datasets.
- Knowledge of data modeling, medallion architectures, and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
